Hello, Olá!

I am a creative strategist, passionate about observing people and understanding their behavioural drivers. I love connecting cultural needs to business goals, so brands can create more value to both business and consumers, and make a positive impact in our society. I believe in the power of innovative collaboration to unlock game-changing creativity, bringing together diverse areas of expertise - from behavioural science and data analytics to PR and media - to get to work that builds stronger brands and drives sustainable growth.

My Story

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, and with over 15 years’ experience working as a strategist, I have worked for leading agencies in both Brazil and the UK, including Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, DPZ&T, Havas, and Tribal Omnicom, partnering with some of the world’s most famous brands, from McDonald’s to British Airways, Mastercard, and Milka.

I moved to London in 2016 for an exciting career opportunity at Leo Burnett, where I worked with incredibly talented teams on Lurpak, ŠKODA, and McDonald’s.

In January 2020, I joined Ogilvy London, where I am currently working as a Strategy Director across a diverse range of clients, from our global Mastercard account to the Mayor of London, and non-profit organisations such as Breast Cancer Now and My Life My Say. In my early years at Ogilvy, I also had the opportunity to work on some of Britain’s most iconic brands, including British Airways, Vodafone, and Milka.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed a passion for using strategy and creativity to drive social change - from helping major corporations operate more sustainably, to encouraging young Brits to vote, to working to close the gender gap in professional cycling.

At Ogilvy London, I led the strategy for the award-winning Mayor of London ‘Have a word’ campaign that tackled male violence against women and girls by turning bystanders into women’s allies - a campaign that transcended traditional advertising and have seen unprecedented levels of action and change, ending up everywhere from the UN to national school education packs.

My experience includes the strategic development of award-winning campaigns recognised at Cannes Lions (including a Glass Lion for Change and a Creative Strategy Lion), the Effies, APG, The Marketing Society, D&AD’s White Pencil, and the DMA Grand Prix.

Outside of my day-to-day work, I’m also passionate about female leadership and mentorship. In 2017, I was part of the #FindTheWomanBr initiative, which helped identify and spotlight hundreds of Brazilian women in leadership positions in advertising around the world. That same year, I also became a mentor for 'Elas na Gringa', a platform created to support Brazilian women pursuing careers in communications globally.
